Leggings should feel wonderful, and fit perfectly. They should complement your unique body shape. It should also be easy to make leggings the way you want them to be, with your favourite length, fit and rise. MyFit Leggings by Apostrophe Patterns are comfortable, fitted leggings with lots of options.
Every sewing pattern from Apostrophe Patterns is created to fit perfectly. No grading between sizes required. How is this done? Well, we ask for your unique measurements. We also find out what kind of fabric you are using and what sewing preferences you have. Then, we take all this information and draw out a pattern which fits you perfectly. All this is done automatically in a matter of seconds using the Pattern Generator. Access does not expire, so you can make as many different pairs of perfect leggings as you wish.

- Fabric: knit, preferably with at least 40% horizontal stretch (the pattern will adjust to your fabric's horizontal and vertical stretch)

This pattern is for personal use only. You may make leggings for yourself or others. Small scale hand-sewn business owners are welcome to use the pattern to sew leggings for customers. Every sewist needs their own copy of the pattern. You may not redistribute any pattern you create from the Pattern Generator.

I bought this pattern because I liked that it adjusts to your fabric's stretch. The video tutorial was very helpful when taking measurements. I wasn't sure how it would turn out with my Polartec power stretch pro fleece, but the fit is PERFECT! I used the contour waistband (I chose 4" to match another pair of leggings I like) and the leggings stay in place without the need for elastic (I even tested them out on a hike!). I love how customizable this pattern is and I'm sure I will use it many times more.
I’m thrilled with the leggings I made with the My Fit Leggings pattern. They are the best fitting leggings I own. I definitely will be making more.

Very customizable. Its going to take a few tests to the the PERFECT version but leggins and shorts are important to me. This has all the bells and whistles. i have made one pair and it solved some problems for me - pockets and a layable bike style short that breaths- that has already made my life better.
I taped the pattern pages together and made 3 changes, based on my personal experience fitting pants (I make all my clothing). 1) I lowered the center back. 2) I raised the center front. 3) I lengthened the legs. As it turned out, I didn't need to lower the center back, and I didn't need to lengthen the legs. As for the center front - that wasn't because I made a mistake in measurements, and it wasn't because the pattern was wrong - it was simply a matter of taste. I prefer my waistbands to hit higher than this pattern design calls for. I've tried several times in the past to make leggings and failed. This - I've already made the second pair, and I'm about to order the jogger pattern. These patterns are great. I look forward to more designs coming out.
