Patterns cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded in all countries outside the EU.

In the EU, as per EU regulations, customers have the option of returning and receiving a refund in the 14 days after fulfilment of a digital product. At Apostrophe Patterns, fulfilment of all our products happen automatically after checkout, so we count 14 days after the sale. To exercise this right, you can go to your account page on our website (https://shopify.com/22140711/account) and request a return. If eligible, returns will be processed within 5 business days.
