No, accounts are required to make purchases. Measurements are needed to print your customized pattern, which can be inputted through a webpage that can only be accessed by people who have purchased the pattern. We do not know you have purchased the pattern unless you create an account.
When creating a project, you will be asked for the paper size. Currently, we support the following sizes, but if you would like a different size, let us know and we can easily add another option.

There are many options to print A0 files. Often, local print shops do not have the best prices for printing sewing patterns on A0 size, so be careful! Here are some companies who specialize in A0 files for sewing patterns:
That is because you haven't given us your measurements yet! Go to "My Projects" and create a new project by clicking on the pattern you have purchased. Then, you will be asked several questions. After the questions have been answered, then you can download the PDF to your computer.
If the "Download" button is greyed out, it means that you have missed a measurement. Press "Previous" until you find the missing measurement and fill it in.
If the "Download" button works but the screen freezes, first make sure there are no errors in your measurements (ie a chest measurement of 200" instead of 20"), otherwise contact Jill via the "Contact Us" form on the website.
If you are using Firefox, use a different browser for now - I am working on improving the website for all browsers, but currently it works best in Chrome.
The pattern generator will go haywire if measurements are entered in an unexpected way. Double check that the measurements you entered are correct, and contact us to troubleshoot the problem. We are happy to expand the number of scenarios the pattern generator can handle to fit everyone who wants to use the pattern!
