I love the options for the my fit range. I love the fact anything is possible. Projects well, my only grumble is adjusting the percentage with my projector. I usually adjust in Adobe at 29.5%. Luckily 33% works for me. An option for a more accurate setting would really help. Only minor grumble.
I purchased the sports bra, and have not made it yet. However, the instructions are very clear and detailed, so I’m confident that I will be able to generate a good project pattern. Since fabric stretch is taken into account when generating the pattern, I’m going to purchase the fabric before I generate the pattern.
J'ai fait un premier non doublé et toute les mesures prises à donner un ajustement parfait. Mon tissu était 40% extensible en largeur et 20% en hauteur. Je vais en refaire c'est certain. Merci Apostrophe.
I have never been able to find a rtw sports bra that fits me as a bigger busted women. Finding this pattern was amazing. I can finally wear a sports bra. Easy to sew, very comfortable and supportive!
I was packing for vacation when I discovered my favorite RTW bra sized tankini had its underwire break free. I panicked knowing I needed support at the beach! I had several spf shirts I could pack but nothing to wear under them. I sew swim all the time for others, but never for myself. I've always been intimidated knowing I would have to do FBA and shoulder adjustments. Someone suggested this pattern & WOW WOW WOW. I watched the how to measure video, printed out their handy note taking piece of paper, and went with the cross straps and compression fit. On my project generator I input the percent stretch of my swim fabric off of the vendor's website. I opted for a neckline that started at the top of my cleavage. While sewing the bra the instructions said I could insert clear elastic into my seams. If I hadn't gotten a serger 4m ago that make this super simple to do, I would have skipped the add. I purchased, printed, cut, and sewed this the night before getting on a plane for a family beach vacation. I now want to sew 3 more! I have never felt secure enough in a bikini top with my cup size to take off my rash guard, no less wave jump and boogie board with family! I spent several days in this top and not once had to readjust myself, worry about having an oops moment in the waves, or going to bed with back pain. I used 1' regular woven elastic I had on hand for the band. Yes, I had to wrestle into it slightly but that's what I would expect for a full coverage compression cross strap bra.
