The MyFit Riding Tights by Apostrophe Patterns are the leggings pattern you have been waiting for. With no inside leg seam and a pattern made to your unique measurements, these "sensory leggings" may be the most comfortable leggings you have ever worn.

When is this style of leggings preferable to regular leggings?
  • They are great at preventing chafing during activity or hot weather and for anyone who doesn't like seams rubbing together on the inside of the thighs.
  • Many kids and adults with heightened sensory awareness may prefer this style as the seams fall on less sensitive areas of the legs.
  • They are great for riding horses because there is no seam next to the saddle
  • They may fit better for people who typically use a knock-kneed or full inner thigh adjustment, or people who often get a "v" shaped wrinkle at the front crotch with leggings that have a seamless outer leg, like the MyFit Leggings.

Every sewing pattern from Apostrophe Patterns is created to fit perfectly. No grading between sizes required. How is this done? Well, we ask for your unique measurements. We also find out what kind of fabric you are using and what sewing preferences you have. Then, we take all this information and draw out a pattern which fits you perfectly. All this is done automatically in a matter of seconds using the Pattern Generator. Access does not expire, so you can make as many different pairs of riding tights as you wish.

OMG Theses are absolutely AMAZING. just finished a test pair to check sizing. And absolutely perfect. Finally a pair of leggings/riding tights that actually fit properly.
Can’t wait to make the other patterns I bought and no doubt ones I’ve not yet bought.

So far so good

I have sized, downloaded, printed, pasted and cut out my pattern pieces. Once I sussed out to use adobe pdf (rather than the web page) to print out I was on my way. Stretch fabric has been ordered. I wrote down the vertical and horizontal %s and then had trouble finding the exact fabric I had selected the previous day. Eventually I found it and quickly placed the order buying the last available metres. Looking forward to sewing jodhpurs for my daughter and then printing another pattern off in my size for keep fit leggings. Can’t quite believe how personalised and easy the process has been. An excellent service at a reasonable price. Takes made to measure to a whole new level.

Hi the instructions for assembling the pieces I found a bit confusing. The photos could have been larger and the parts labelled to avoid confusion. Perhaps better to use non patterned material with just different colours for the pieces to make it easier to follow. Overall I’m happy with the outcome and I’d like to try making the tights with different materials.
