Hack your leggings to have no front crotch seam and a long gusset

Recently someone from our testing team asked if we could make a pattern for Leggings with no front crotch seam. It got me thinking- I bet I could hack that. Maybe someday we will get an actual pattern generator for leggings like these but in the meantime- let's see if we can do it together. I used the MyFit Leggings as the base for this hack. Using the MyFit Sleeper to make Costumes

  One of the best things about a sleeper or romper pattern is that it is infinitely customizable. You can add ears, tail, belly “spots”, applique, “ruffs”, spines, foot covers, and more! How to make a V neck for your MyFit Tee

The MyFit Tee comes with multiple neckline options, but what if you wanted a V neck instead? This hack is going to be demonstrated using the MyFit Tee, but will work for most T shirt patterns.   It all started with this picture.  I realized I make almost every tee I make into a V-Neck, and I’ve got the process that works for me pretty figured out! Wrap Dress Construction

Time for construction of the Wrap dress. I made this whole dress using 3 different Apostrophe Patterns, the MyFit Tee, the Circle Skirt calculator, and the Gathered Skirt calculator.   I love that the benefit of having a really well fitting Tee is that the door to modifications and hacks is wide open. The MyFit tee becomes a base for a world of ideas.
